All submissions are required to follow the provided template and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in automatic rejection of your submission.

The Full Paper submission deadline for 2026 has passed. Invited Full Manuscripts are due to Traffic Injury Prevention (TIP) March 6, 2026 by 11:59pm CT.

We are now accepting Short Communication and Student Symposium submissions until April 13, 2026. We will begin accepting Late-Breaking Presentations April 20, 2026. Short Communication, Student Symposium, and Late-Breaking Presentation templates are available below.

Full Manuscript Traffic Injury Prevention (TIP) Submission Template & Guidelines

• 2026 TIP Full Manuscript Template & Instructions (This template must be used to submit your full manuscript for publication consideration). Note, the word count does not include references, tables/figures, and appendices.
• 2026 TIP Cover Letter (This cover letter must be included with your full manuscript submission).

Notes for Full TIP Submissions:

1. Full paper abstract submissions are expected to be a completed work by March 2026 if invited for continued review for publishing/presentation
2. If your abstract is invited as a full paper, a review-ready manuscript will be due to TIP March 6, 2026. You must use the TIP submission templates above to submit your full manuscript for publication consideration.
