The grant’s purpose is to support research on motorcyclists’ safety via real-world data collection in Low—and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC). AAAM is a multidisciplinary community; we are looking for and strongly encourage collaborations and interdisciplinary submissions.
The collected dataset should be made available with the support of AAAM. The target is to present the project at the 2026 AAAM Annual Conference in Costa Rica (e.g., short communication or poster presentation).
Research activities will be conducted from January to October 2026.
This is a call for group members to submit project proposals.
A $5,000 grant will be awarded to the chosen proposal to support research on motorcycle safety.
